Today’s executives are constantly on the move, and they need technology that goes with them.
QuestaWeb’s web-native software applications have proven their value over the years, allowing supply chain partners around the globe to log on to their QuestaWeb system wherever there is a device and Internet access. There, they can enter information on shipments, invoices, bills of lading and more. The result is up-to-date trade information yielding the most timely and accurate trade documentation possible.
Now, QuestaWeb technology is literally going to new heights!
This week, I independently received texts from two QuestaWeb clients on two different U.S. flights. Both used the inflight Wi-Fi to complete Foreign Trade Zone–related admissions filings with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The first, a Zone Administrator for a global manufacturer of batteries, wrote:
Good morning from 35,000ft. So far on the GoGo wifi today I’ve concurred admissions from Chino and filed their 7501. 🙂
Chino is the location of one of firm’s two FTZ operations. Interestingly, he was flying from one of the firm’s FTZs to the other as he compiled and electronically transmitted the filing.
The second executive, also a Zone Administrator but for a third-party provider of FTZ services, kept ahead of his client work as he jetted across the nation, writing:
BTW, QW works good with in-flight Internet!
Only true web-native technology delivers this type of convenience and ease of use.
All of QuestaWeb’s technology is web-native. Whether you are an FTZ owner/operator, importer, exporter, forwarder or customs broker, you can use your QuestaWeb solution wherever there is Internet access be it on land, at sea or 35,000 feet in the air. And, so, too, can your supply chain partners.
