As Chief Operating Office, Felix oversees all internal corporate operations including finance, sales, marketing, R&D and customer support and plays a major role in software development. In so doing, Felix draws on extensive executive, programming, system implementation and customer service experience. Across his career, he has developed major automated systems for clients in the transportation, banking and brokerage industries. For the past 25 years, he has focused his attention on developing, implementing and supporting import and export applications, establishing QuestaWeb as a premier provider of global trade management solutions.

With over 25 years’ experience, Wayne is a true industry leader known for his ability to understand the technology needs of major manufacturers and retailers and deliver solutions that fully meet their business requirements. His background spans the automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical, aerospace and footwear industries, as well as ERP, WMS, GTM, FTZ and MRP applications.
Wayne is a frequent speaker and writer, addressing major industry conferences across the nation. His articles have appeared in such prestigious publications as IndustryWeek, APICS Magazine, Manufacturing Business Technology, Inbound Logistics, Information Today and The Journal of Commerce.
Christopher is a U.S. Customs and Homeland Security electronic data exchange specialist with in-depth experience with ABI, AES and ACE transactions. Christopher also is a licensed U.S. Customhouse Broker and a TIA-Certified Transportation Broker. Christopher’s publications include an article in Inbound Logistics discussing the transition to the Automated Commercial Environment and a piece in SupplyChainBrain presenting best practices for optimal software implementations.
Vlad, who has more than 15 years of software design and development experience, has been with QuestaWeb for over 14 years. He is responsible for design, development and implementation of global import freight forwarding and export freight forwarding systems.
As General Counsel, Eric oversees all legal matters and strategy. He has extensive experience representing technology companies in the U.S. and Asia. He has counseled companies on legal and product strategy related to blockchain, global trade management, privacy and data protection, and compliance. He previously taught law at the Peking University School of Transnational Law and has published on international investment law and policy. He is a graduate of the New York University School of Law and Brandeis University. Eric is a fluent speaker of Russian and Mandarin.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts’ Isenberg School of Management, Mary brings over a decade of experience in managing all international supply chain operations from product development, sourcing and purchasing to importing, warehousing and distribution. Her expertise and ability to resolve and prevent problems in the most complicated supply chains related to the apparel industry provide valuable knowledge for developing sophisticated global trade management software solutions.
